Insigneo Directors elected as members of the World Council of Biomechanics

Insigneo Directors, Professor Marco Viceconti and Professor Damien Lacroix, have both been elected as a members of the World Council of Biomechanics from 8 July 2018.

The World Council of Biomechanics is comprised of a group of 40 leaders selected by invitation for a single eight-year mandate. First established in 1990, the Council represents the elite of biomechanics research community. We would like to congratulate Marco and Damien on this important recognition, both personally and for the institutions they represent.

The World Council manages the most important international conference in the field of biomechanics, the World Congress of Biomechanics which is held every four years and attracts thousands of specialists from all over the world.
