We are proud to announce that there will be a significant number of Insigneo members presenting at the World Congress of Biomechanics (WCB), the leading biomechanics conference taking place 8 – 12 July 2018 in Dublin.
Professor Marco Viceconti, Insigneo’s Executive Director, commented, “Insigneo’s strong presence at WCB 2018 demonstrates that we are one of the leading groups in biomechanics worldwide”.
Insigneo members will give 35 presentations (including invited, oral and posters). Professor Damien Lacroix, Insigneo’s Director of Research, is the Scientific Programme co-chair for the conference and Professor Marco Viceconti, is track chair for Multiscale Biomechanics.
Dr Gwen Reilly, Insigneo’s Director of Training, and Insigneo members, Dr Xinshan (Shannon) Li, Dr Cecile Perrault, Dr Claudia Mazzà, and Professor Paul Evans are session chairs.
